The announcement states that “All three entities will utilize their vast resources and networks to the partnership.” CTS Eventim, U.S. promoters Mammoth, Inc., and AG Entertainment Touring have announced the formation of a joint venture, which “will strengthen their positions in the worldwide touring market, signing top level acts for U.S. and global tours.”

Jeff Fortier and Josh Hunt created Mammoth in 2006, and the company now has offices in Lawrence, Kansas, Kansas City, New York, Los Angeles, the Pacific Northwest, and other places. Mammoth creates a wide range of events, including tours and festivals.

Alex “AG” Gidewon founded AG Entertainment in 1996 as a nightlife organization with its headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. Throughout the last 15 years, it has expanded significantly, acquiring a touring company along the way. Lil Baby, Future, Da Baby, City Girls, Lil Durk, Gunna, Gucci Mane, Rod Wave, Nardo Wick, and more artists have collaborated with the business.

The collaboration with Mammoth and AG Entertainment Touring expands Eventim Live’s network to 38 active promoters globally and expands its presence in the United States.

Klaus-Peter Schulenberg, CEO of CTS Eventim, commented, “North America is the largest market in the world for live entertainment and ticketing. Expanding our presence in the U.S. market is an essential part of our global expansion strategy. We are looking forward to working with the teams at Mammoth and AG to bring exciting tours to fans in the US and around the world.”

Mammoth’s Josh Hunt, added, “We have really enjoyed getting to know Klaus-Peter, Frithjof and others on the CTS Eventim team. We’re very excited to further build our connections in their network and continue expanding our touring footprint together with CTS Eventim, AG and all of our co-promoters, friends and partners across the globe. Mammoth was built on mutually beneficial partnerships with our friends, these latest steps with AG and CTS Eventim are a continuation of that philosophy.”

“This global partnership with CTS Eventim and Mammoth is an exciting opportunity for AG,” added James Crawford, co-owner of AG Entertainment Touring, “Being a part of this collaboration is sure to bring noticeable touring growth to everyone involved and we’re thrilled to be a part of the team.”
