Affiliate Program Handbook

Welcome to the AG Entertainment Affiliate Program

You are now part of the Atlanta nightlife economy. AG Entertainment runs the rooms — Skyy Banks, T.I. Birthday Bash XXX, the Dome calendar — and you get paid for every guest you bring through the door.

The deal at a glance: 25% commission on every ticket and table sold through your link. 30-day tracking cookie. Monthly payouts via PayPal. No cap on what you can earn.

1. Welcome

You are an AG Entertainment affiliate. That means you have access to a dedicated landing page on our site, a tracked link, and a creative library you can grab from anytime. Every booking — bottle service, GA, VIP — that flows through your link earns you 25% commission.

Your tracking cookie lasts 30 days. If a guest clicks your link Monday and books on day twenty-eight, you still get paid. Payouts go out monthly to the PayPal email you have on file.

You are not a salesperson. You are a host. Treat your network the way you’d treat your own VIP table.

2. The Apply Process

From the moment you submit the application to your first commission, here is the timeline:

  1. Apply — Submit your application at /affiliate-area/ with your real name, IG handle, and PayPal email.
  2. Review (within 48 hours) — We check your IG, your reach, and whether you fit the AG room. Most approvals land in under a day.
  3. Approval email — You’ll get an email from AG Entertainment with your login link and a copy of this handbook.
  4. First login — Visit /affiliate-area/, complete your profile, grab your tracked link, and you’re live.

3. Your Page

Every approved affiliate gets a personalized landing page. Yours is the page guests see when they click your link. You control the look and the voice.

What you design

  • Display name — How you want to be credited.
  • Company / brand — If you run an LLC or a brand, drop it here.
  • IG handle — Auto-links to your Instagram.
  • Welcome quote — Two lines max. Your voice, your invite.
  • Portrait — One vertical photo. Lit, on-brand, no group shots.
  • Accent color — Pick one. We’ll thread it through your page.

What’s locked

  • Event date, venue, and ticket pricing — those are AG-controlled and consistent across every affiliate page.
  • The RSVP and table-booking flow.

Bio link: Your tracked link is the only link your followers should see. Put it in your IG bio. Drop it in your X/Twitter pinned tweet. Text it to your guest list. Anywhere it lives, attribution follows.

4. Sharing Creatives

Inside your affiliate dashboard you’ll find the Creatives tab. We stock it with everything you need — flyers in IG Story (1080×1920), IG Square (1080×1080), and X/Twitter (1200×628) sizes, plus three pre-written caption variants.

How to grab a creative

  1. Open the Creatives tab.
  2. Pick the size that matches the platform.
  3. Click “Get Code” — copy the image URL or the caption.
  4. Notice the {ref} placeholder in caption text. AffiliateWP automatically replaces that with your tracked link before it ships. Don’t edit it out.

The bio-link strategy that actually works

  • One link in bio — your tracked AG link. Replace whatever’s there now.
  • Story — post the IG Story creative, swipe-up or “Link in bio” sticker.
  • Feed — post the IG Square with the medium caption.
  • DMs — short caption + your link. The room is small. Make it feel personal.

5. Tracking Sales

The Sales / Referrals tab in your dashboard shows every booking attributed to you in real time.

Statuses you’ll see

  • Pending — Sale recorded, awaiting confirmation. Most flip within 24 hours.
  • Unpaid — Confirmed and queued for the next monthly payout run.
  • Paid — In your PayPal.
  • Rejected — Refunded, charged back, or duplicate. No commission on rejected referrals.

Every referral row shows the customer, the amount, your cut, and the date. If something looks wrong, email us before the next payout cycle.

6. Getting Paid

AG Entertainment pays affiliates monthly via PayPal. We run the payout batch on the first business week of every month for the prior month’s confirmed referrals.

  • Payment method: PayPal. We pay to the email address on your affiliate profile.
  • Payout cadence: Monthly.
  • Update your payment method: Affiliate Area → Settings → Payment Email. Change it before the 1st of the month or we ship to the old address.
Double-check your PayPal email is correct. We send the payout — we don’t chase down bounced transfers.

7. FAQ

What happens if a guest cancels or refunds?

Refunded bookings reverse the commission. The referral status flips to “Rejected” and the amount drops off your unpaid balance. We don’t claw back already-paid commissions, but a chargeback on a paid referral may offset against your next payout.

Two affiliates touched the same guest. Who gets credit?

Last click wins, within the 30-day cookie window. If a guest clicks Affiliate A on day 1 and Affiliate B on day 5, then books on day 7, B gets the commission. Run your campaigns hard — fresh clicks rewrite the cookie.

What if a guest clears their cookies?

Then we lose the trail. Tell guests to book in the same browser session they clicked from. Better yet: drop them a direct link the day they’re ready to buy.

Tax forms?

If you earn $600 or more in a calendar year, AG Entertainment will issue a 1099-NEC. Make sure your legal name and address on file are correct by December 1st.

Can I run paid ads with my AG link?

Yes — but not on Meta or Google brand-bidding “AG Entertainment” or any AG event name. Your reach, your channels, your audience. No bidding on AG’s own brand terms.
